  1. These conditions shall govern the sales of the products listed at e-NuBra by GlobalFit Asia Pte Ltd to the buyer. By ordering the products and/or accepting delivery of the product, the buyer agrees to be bound by and accepts these conditions.

  2. Prices are correctly reflected at the point of purchase on e-NuBra. Prices are subjected to change and may vary without prior notice.

  3. Unless otherwise agreed by GlobalFit Asia Pte Ltd in writing, payment for the products shall be made by the buyer in full with valid Credit Card before physical delivery of products. Cash or personal cheques will not be accepted.

  4. GlobalFit Asia Pte Ltd appointed Delivery Company shall deliver the products to place of delivery designated by the buyer and agreed to by GlobalFit Asia Pte Ltd at the risk of the Buyer.

  5. Buyers are encouraged to check the products upon receiving the delivery, as no cancellation or refund will be permitted unless it is of manufacturing defect.

  6. GlobalFit Asia Pte Ltd guarantees that every product is in good condition at the time of purchase.

  7. Upon receipt of your order and payment by credit card, we will send you an e-mail as confirmation of stock availability and advise you on the delivery. Should an item ordered be out of stock, you can decide to wait for the next shipment, select an alternative color or change to another item or have a refund to your credit card.

  8. While NuBra has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products, it is important that all customers are pleased with their purchases. However, please be advised that color varies slightly from one computer monitor to another.

  9. NuBra does ship internationally. However, do note that deliveries to overseas destinations may be subject to import duties, which will be borne by the customer upon their receipt of the shipment. The full purchase price will be declared on the shipping invoice. NuBra does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

  10. We would advise you to place your orders early during festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year to avoid any delays.

  11. As is the policy with other intimate apparel, such as lingerie and swimwear, NuBra cannot be returned or exchanged. The plastic cradles (NOT the box opening) containing the bra cups are sealed to indicate that the adhesive cups have not been used or tampered with. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, all sales of NuBra are final.

  12. We adhere to strict packaging guidelines to ensure that the products reach you in the best possible condition. However in the event that the products may have been damaged in the shipping process, kindly send us photographs of the damaged products, together with your contact details, within 7 days of receipt of order for us to assess the damages and arrange for the delivery of a replacement.

 

Limits Of Liability

NuBra.sg shall not be liable for any damages, incidental, consequential or otherwise, resulting from the use of its product in a manner contrary to the Instructions for application and use as set forth within this site.
By wearing this product you are hereby releasing NuBra.sg of any legal liability resulting from such use. 
Liability for this product by NuBra.sg is limited exclusively to the replacement cost of our product.

*DO NOT wear if you have skin depigmentation problems, or have a family history of skin depigmentation.
*All skin types are different. 

*Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear.
