How safe is it for me to pay via credit card in an online transaction?
A: We utilize the e-payment gateway provided by WorldPay, one of the first e-commerce solutions in the world. WorldPay uses the most up-to-date technology to ensure online security; its system is trusted by banks worldwide.

Does the price include postage and delivery?

A: The listed price is only the cost of the merchandise. Postage, delivery and handling charges are separate costs as we rely on third-party courier and delivery services.

What happens after I place my order?
A: Our ordering system immediately emails you a copy of your latest order once you've placed an order through our online order form.

I have not received my package within the time you specified. What's wrong?
A: All orders are dispatched out for shipment within 2 working days upon receipt of order. Once dispatched, it will take approximately another 5-10 working days for your package to arrive. In the rare event that the recipient faces unexpected delay in receiving their order, this could be due to a customs holdup. The holdups are part of random checks conducted by customs staff and are usually temporary before the goods are being released to the recipient. Do allow a waiting period of about 1 week if there happens to be cases of such unusual delays. After which, you can always contact us again for help.

When and how will the orders be delivered?
A: All orders will be dispatched out for shipment within 2 working days upon receipt of order. Orders will be sent using Airparcel Post/Local Courier Service provided by Singapore Post. Your order will be delivered directly to the given address. Overseas deliveries can be tracked over the internet at www.speedpost.com.sg.

What is the charge for local delivery?
A: Free delivery with minimum purchase of $50 within Singapore.

How much will overseas deliveries cost?
A: Free delivery for minimum purchase of $200. For orders below the minimum purchase of $200, NuBra’s international shipping rates applies. To check on NuBra’s international shipping rates, you can calculate the Airparcel Post Service charges provided by Singapore Post from www.speedpost.com.sg.

Can I change my order once submitted?
A: Our goal is to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible; therefore, we may not be able to allow changes to your order once submitted. If you have any questions, please email enquiry@nubra.sg.

How can I confirm that order has been made?
A: For every order you submit to e-NuBra, you will receive an order confirmation. We recommend that you print and save for your reference.

What can I do if the products are damaged in transit?
A: We adhere to strict packaging guidelines to ensure that the products reach you in the best possible condition. Should we require damaged merchandise to be returned for assessment, it must be returned in its original packing together with a copy of the postal receipt.
